  • How do I create an account?

    Once your hotel is contracted with Bebot, an account will be created for you.

  • How do I login?

    To login visit https://www.bebot.io/admin, and enter your username (email address) and password.

  • I forgot my password.

    Click on 'Reset Password' and follow the instructions provided to reset your password.

  • Updating your password.

    You can update your password from your account page if you know the current password.

  • I forgot my username.

    From the login page, please select Go to Forget Username and select your method of recovery, and follow the instructions on the page.

  • How do I add branches

    To add branches, go to your Dashboard and click the Branches tab. Here, you will be able to enter the Branch Name, Branch ID and Password. Once you have completed entering that information, click Add Branch. You will be able to add multiple branches.

  • How to edit branch information.

    Go to your Current Branches page. On the right side of your currently listed branches, there is an Edit button. Click that and you will be able to edit branch information.

  • Can you store my luggage after checking out?

    Yes, we can store your luggage after you checked out, but our on-site staff is present until 18:00 so please, come back before 18:00.

  • What time is the check-in ?

    Check-in time is from 16:00 to 21:30.

  • What time is the check-out?

    Until 10 am.

  • Can I check-in early?

    Early check-ins depend on room availability. For further details please contact us directly.

  • Can you store my luggage until the check-in?

    Absolutely. If early check-in is not available for your room, please come see us again after 16:00 and your room will be ready. Please note that our staff is present at SJ Osaka Central until 18:00 everyday.

  • Can I check in after 21:30?

    For late check ins, please contact us directly.

  • Where can I pick up the key?

    Please come to our check in counter located in room 203; our staff will give you the key directly.

  • How do I go to SJ Osaka Central?

    Walk for about 5 minutes from Awaza Station Exit 1, or for 9 minutes from Honmachi Station Exit 28.

  • What is the payment method?

    We only accept credit card payments. Please note that your payment must be completed before you check in.

  • Can I pay directly at SJ Osaka Central?

    Payment must be done by credit card in advance, thank you for your understanding.

  • When will my credit card be charged?

    If you booked via Booking.com, your credit card will be charged in the days following your reservation. If you booked through a different website, please refer to their payment policy.

  • Do I really need to send you the contact details of all guests?

    You can also fill in our registration form during your check in, however it may take some time which is why we recommend you to complete the form online.

  • Do you have parking space?

    We have one parking spot available for ¥2,000/day or ¥300/hour. Please let us know in advance if you’re interested.

  • Is it possible to send mail or parcels to the property?

    Yes it is possible, but please make sure that you contact us beforehand.

  • Do you change the towels and bed sheets everyday?

    Towels and linen are changed after every stay. Extra towels can be purchased at the front desk.

  • Do all of your rooms have private bathrooms?

    Yes, all our rooms have a private bathroom equipped with a bathtub and a shower.

  • Is there WiFi in the room?

    Yes, there is a pocket WiFi installed in each room
